As a disclaimer, these resources are primarily targeted at folks who educate and regulate growers. They are centered around the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule (FSMA PSR) and considerations specific to these operations, and aren’t intended to replace the grower training curriculum in the Produce Safety Alliance’s Grower Training course, which is required for growers of produce that is covered by the FSMA PSR.
NECAFS is continuing work in this area, and will be developing supplemental Grower Training materials to facilitate tailoring the PSA Grower Training to ponics growers.
