Capitol Hill / USDA Staff at the Maryland Conference?

Hi 2025 conference planners… would the Association consider providing a few tickets to Capitol Hill agriculture committee staff or USDA staff to the annual conference in September, since it is close to DC this year? (Maybe Saturday only to save some funds). This could be a good way to advance our Mission of expanding the practice of aquaponics through education, advocacy, and connection. I would be happy to try and do some groundwork to identify the appropriate staff and make connections, just let me know.

I should be able to attend this year… my wife and I both got laid off from the U.S. Embassy here in Kenya by the Department of Government Efficiency, so I’ll be back home in DC around June… coming to the conference and seeing familiar aquaponic faces will be a silver lining of getting the proverbial chainsaw???
