Association will send a recording of the Annual Report to the Association to Membership at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

- Chair calls Session to Order
- Move to approve the Agenda via voice vote
- Brief review of Annual Report
- Amendments by resolution to the Charter, Bylaws, Objectives and Policies of the Association
- The Board of Governors does not propose any amendments for 2020
- Discuss 2021 Strategic Planning
- Discuss Member’s survey
- Proposed Mission Statement to refine: “to expand the practice of aquaponics through education, advocacy, and connection."
- Open Floor for Member Comments and Questions
- Breakout Discussions with multiple zooms
