Hey im sure its too late now but I did want to point out You schedule the conference directly during / after the biggest cannabis conference of the year which is October 20 - 22 in Las Vegas. Your going to lose alot of cannabis people because of it. Might want to push it back a week or ahead a week if its even possible.

Just bad luck i guess they never do it in October which is weird its always been Nov or December in the past. Croptober is generally not good for cannabis specific events lol.
