Thank you!  
The clog is in the line which spirals through the media in the towers. As far as we can tell They are in sporadic areas because the plants have inconsistent growth.

That actually isn’t the question we’re hoping to have answered as we think we understand it. We’re hoping to learn the top 3 aquaponics systems available nationwide so we can understand their setup better as we consider some tweaks to our system.
